After shampoo and before hair treatment/conditioner, apply an appropriate amount on hands and massage over the entire scalp. Rinse thoroughly.
NOTE: Can be used before shampoo if scalp is oily.

ANS: There is no limit to the number of times it can be used, but the recommended frequency is about once every three days +/-.
