The action of moisturizing ingredients keeps hair soft and supple.
- Merirea 2C Neutraliser (Cys Second)
Sodium Bromate based Neutraliser, is specially formulated for Merirea Cysteine Acid based Perm Lotion.
Merirea cysteine-based Agent No. 2 targets soft, bouncy hair to lock in the waves and curls obtained with Agent No. 1.
The action of moisturizing ingredients keeps hair soft and supple.
