Vitality’s Deco Activator 30V
Vitality’s Deco Activator 30V has been specially formulated to be used together with Vitality’s DECO bleaching products.
When mixed with any of Vitality’s DECO Bleaching Products, the texture becomes creamy, adhering perfectly with your hair that is easy to rinse off.
Follow the directions stated for the DECO bleaching range.
Available only in 30Vol (9%)
NOTE: This product is intended ONLY for Vitality’s DECO Bleaching Products.
It is NOT for mixing with colours.
