Vitality’s ICE9 – Lightens up to 9 tones of cold

For Perfect Results & Healthy Hair – Vitality’s Vitality’s ICE9 Extreme Blond is enriched with:

BETAINE. It helps to make the hair strong & resistant. Gives a softer brighter, suppler and more hydrated hair.
The BETATINE that Vitality’s uses is entirely plant-based and is COSMOS CERTIFIED.
MACADAMIA NUT OIL. Helps nourish and soften hair, making it bright and easier to comb.

Vitality’s ICE9 Bleaching Powder and VITALITY’S ICE9 CREME ACTIVATOR must always be used together.
THE ICE9 BLEACHING POWDER IS NOT AS EFFECTIVE IF IT IS MIXED WITH A NON-SPECIFIC ACTIVATOR.

Preparation:

In a non-metallic bowl, combine the ICE9 Bleaching Powder with the ICE9 Activating Cream

Mix:

1:2 for traditional bleaching
1:3 to 1:6 for light bleaching and color removal.
